members on the Kennet Valley Hall Executive Committee.
Entry before and after the booked event subject to
availability at no charge.
Note 2.
Sessions are: 09:00 to 13:00,
13:00 to 17:00,
17:00 to
23:00
note 3.
Deposits will be refunded after inspection of the Hall
after the event. In the event of damage or extra
cleaning effort being needed part or all the deposit may
be retained. The Decision of the Kennet Valley Hall
Executive Committee will be final in these matters. |
